Moonbeam

THE MOONBEAM
Colors as mystical as those in a wooded glen create a special aura. With five large skylights in its vaulted ceilings, the Moonbeam is truly magical at night. The luxurious king-size pillow top bed is simply dressed in linens as ethereal as clouds. This suite occupies the entire East wing of the second floor and the lyrical sounds of cascading waters drift in your open windows.

Bathed in sunlight, its rooms are bright and cheery on even the cloudiest day (thankfully few and far between here in sunny Sequim). This spacious and luxurious 550-sq.ft. suite has a wood-burning fireplace, cozy sitting area, and a writer's alcove and desk for penning your next novel or a postcard home. The private bath also features a vaulted ceiling, skylight, and enchanting seaside motif

Creature comforts in this suite include a 32-inch widescreen, flat-panel HDTV-DVD-VCR, 70+ cable channels, CD player, clock radio, built-in hair dryer, wooden luggage racks, botanical toiletries, and resort robes & slippers. The Moonbeam Suite is a wonderfully secluded and romantic getaway that is like having your own private treehouse hidden in the forest.

The Creekside

THE CREEKSIDE
Soothing colors as soft as the Pacific mist surround you in more than 700-sq.ft. of complete privacy on the first floor. From the richness of matelasse linens to the laid-back comfort of Smith & Hawken resort chairs, this well-appointed suite features many special touches including a see-through wood-burning fireplace that is visible from either the king-size pillow top bed or the extra-deep soaking tub. A restful botanical theme creates a serene ambiance.

The extraordinary spa-like bathroom (measuring an amazing 23 ft. x 14 ft.) features an extra-deep soaking tub, his & her vanity sinks, and a separate, tiled shower room with two shower heads and built-in benches. This suite is a calm retreat and the perfect place to recuperate from the pressures of everyday life.

Creature comforts include a 32-inch widescreen, flat-panel HDTV-DVD-VCR with surround sound feature, 70+ cable channels, CD player, clock radio, built-in hair dryer, wooden luggage racks, botanical toiletries, and resort robes & slippers.

French doors open to a private deck overlooking the ponds and waterfall. With the harmonious sounds of a babbling brook just outside your windows, the Creekside is the loveliest place to celebrate your honeymoon or a special anniversary.

THE SUNNYVIEW
This airy suite evokes summer romance -- all year long. With its French-country bed, refined cottage furniture, and original artwork, the Sunnyview exemplifies the meaning of "getaway." Decorated in watercolor hues of lavender, sage, and lemon, this cheery suite with vaulted ceilings offers nearly 600-sq.ft. of casual sophistication and occupies the entire West wing of the second floor.

There's a wood-burning fireplace for chilly evenings, a luxurious king-size pillow top bed, and fabrics as muted as a spring bouquet. A charming window seat alcove provides a comfortable spot to get lost in the inspiring scenery (or snuggle in when skies are gray).

Creature comforts include a 32-inch widescreen, flat-panel HDTV-DVD-VCR with surround sound feature, 70+ cable channels, CD player, clock radio, built-in hair dryer, wooden luggage racks, botanical toiletries, and resort robes & slippers.

The delightful private bath with its crisp garden theme is full of natural light thanks to a window that takes great advantage of the lofty view. The lovely vessel-style sink has a "Zen-like" simplicity that completes this restful retreat.

The Hideaway ON QUAIL LAKE
Our newest, largest (950-sq.ft.) and most luxurious suite -- The Hideaway on Quail Lake -- has been designed as your own private villa. This suite is its own private wing in a separate building on Lodge property. Elegant French doors open to a covered loggia where you can stretch out on soft chaises and bask in the warm afternoon sun. Another set of French doors on the opposite side of the room open to an intimate little deck with peaceful views of Quail Lake.

An exotic King-size bed of carved ebony creates a dreamy mood. Curl up in silken sheets by Via Brera of Italy topped with a light-as-a-feather down comforter and do a little star gazing through three large skylights above the bed.

Framed by a wall of East-facing windows that capture dappled morning sunlight through the cedars and pines, the stunning black granite fireplace is the focal point of the room. In the evening, open the windows and let the gentle sounds of the creek and forest lull you to sleep.

On rainy days, light a fire, cuddle up and watch a movie on your 32-inch widescreen flat-panel HDTV-DVD-VCR. If you'd rather read a book and leave the distractions of civilization behind, you'll be happy to learn that the TV is kept hidden from view in a stunning black-laquer Oriental cabinet that is a work of art in itself.

There are dozens of exquisite touches throughout this suite from the silk duponi drapes to the carved ebony bedside tables with built-in plugs in the drawers for recharging cell phones and Ipods. The suite is full of ambient lighting to create the perfect mood.

A soft and cushy window seat -- covered in a plush chenille paisley in shades of cocoa & caramel -- overlooks the lake and is a perfect spot for your morning cappucino or a cup of afternoon tea.

The Hideaway also features a custom bistro kitchenette -- a separate room with bistro tables & chairs, slab granite counter, undercounter frig, stainless steel microwave, coffee maker, tea kettle & toaster -- so it's perfect for longer stays where you might not want to cook meals but would still like to stash some snacks, a bottle of wine, or the makings of a picnic. The Hideaway is also our most private accommodation making it the ideal choice for a simply sublime honeymoon or special Anniversary getaway.

Guests are pampered with five-star hotel luxuries such as a built-in hair dryer, wooden luggage stands, CD player, clock radio (wake to wind chimes or songbirds), botanical toiletries, and resort robes & slippers.

The romantic mood continues in the exquisite bath. A large skylight and garden window bring the sunshine into this serene space. Enjoy bubbles with your bubbly in the large corner jetted tub for two. There's also a separate walk-in shower with rainfall showerhead. A private water closet with pocket door is ever so discreet.

Attention to detail is evident in the golden topaz granite counters with dual sinks, oil-rubbed bronze faucets, custom wood-framed mirror and designer light fixtures. The custom cabinetry in a deep espresso compliments the mocha-colored Italian porcelain tile with stone accents.

Two-night minimum required year-round

Rate includes stocking basic sundries in the bistro kitchenette (including coffee, tea, and microwave popcorn) , complimentary lattes, mocha or cappuccino (gourmet breakfast at the main Lodge optional) , welcome tray of wine & hors d'oeurvres, and unlimited use of our private movie library.

Linger in our hydrotherapy spa
under the stars!

Main Lodge guests also enjoy a new Jacuzzi dual-waterfall hydrotherapy spa under the stars! This state-of-the-art spa features foot & leg massage, a full-body massage seat and multi-colored lights that illuminate the waterfall stream in the spa with a rainbow of color. Because our property is so far removed from city lights, the night sky is simply spectacular.

Take one falling star, add a slight mist rising from the ponds, and underscore the peacefulness with an evening symphony of frogs and crickets -- and you'll discover a truly memorable way to end the day.

Breakfast al Fresco

We offer a flexible breakfast hour (anytime between 8:30 to 9:30 AM) with a variety of choices including a hot entree such as our signature Dungeness Crab & Leek Quiche, Tomato-Basil Frittata, or Lost Mountain Lox Benedict, fresh seasonal fruits, juices, Tillamook gourmet yogurt, homemade pastries, bagels, a variety of wonderful Innkeeper breads for toast, whole grain cereals, lattés, mochas, cappucino, gourmet coffees, and an assortment of green, herbal or black teas.

In summer season, enjoy breakfast al fresco and savor your morning latté on the pleasant front porch or a sunny patio table overlooking the ponds -- the choice is always yours! And those choices extend to our coffee itself. Do you prefer drip coffee strong and black? Need a double espresso to jumpstart your day? Or perhaps you like your decaf latté made with soy and extra foam. If there's one thing we know how to do really well here -- it's how to make a good cup of coffee.

Our signature His & Her resort robes are a silky microfiber lined with a triple-combed cotton knit -- light as a feather and soft as cashmere -- made especially for us by the company that caters to some of the most famous spas in the world.

Each and every suite has pleasant amenities like fluffy down comforters with European-style duvets, state-of-the-art widescreen, flat-panel HDTV-DVD-VCRs with 70+ cable channels, built-in hair dryers, luggage stands, CD players, clock radios, botanical toiletries, and resort robes & slippers. Choose from our complimentary collection of 250+ classics, romantic comedies and Academy-award winning films, and "go see a movie" in the privacy of your luxury suite! We even provide the popcorn!

Of course, vacations are also about getting a good night's sleep. We don't cut corners when it comes to the quality of our mattresses or our linens. We line-dry and hand-press our beautiful 400+ threadcount, 100% cotton sheets, and wonderful 100% cotton percale Duvet covers & shams. So you get a sumptuous King-size pillowtop bed that smells fresh-as-a-breeze! Lavish linens and bedding are by Ralph Lauren, Charisma, and Pottery Barn, and you'll enjoy extra-thick Egyptian cotton spa towels in your bath. Finally, a pair of swing-arm bedside lamps (with 3-way bulbs) insures you'll have enough light to curl up and read that novel or magazine that you've saved for your vacation.

While we do everything possible to help you get away from it all, if you must stay in touch with the outside world, we've added a Guest Workstation with computer, printer, fax, and complimentary dial-up Internet access.

Surprise your partner with the ultimate luxury -- HIS & HER Massages -- in front of the fireplace in your private suite. Start with a sensuous Japanese foot soak over tepid stones, followed by reflexology to reduce stress, then full body relaxation massage that transitions to deep tissue massage, followed by more relaxation massage with hot stones. Please note that this very special package must be arranged at least two weeks in advance of your arrival date.

You'll especially enjoy our 100-percent smoke-free and allergen-free environment with no smoking anywhere -- not even outside on the grounds! Also, we do NOT permit pets to insure that our bedding, fine linens, carpets and upholsteries remain impeccably fresh and odor-free.
