Our Location fee is $500 for the facility per event day.
We will work with your caterers and event rental companies to assure easy setup.
If you book the entire Lodge for your event, all 6 rooms, the total fee is $2,000 a night plus taxes AND you will receive a 50% Discount on the facility fee of $250. (Total $2,250 per night plus tax)
We can accommodate 80+ guests for an outdoor day event and 50+ inside.
Depending on the time of year your outdoor ceremony/reception venues include “Sunny Meadow” which overlooks Little Quail Lake and our “Chapel in the Woods” which is hidden just over the rustic bridge between the twin ponds and through the tall pines beyond the Main Lodge. We also have indoor space in case the weather does not cooperate or if it is winter. Our elegant indoor main lodge with an expansive two story stone fireplace and large dining area and open kitchen can hold approximately 50 people (cocktail party style standing with seating for 25).
Please call us for exact details when planning your event. Our main lodge and guest cottages can host up to 20 guests for overnight accommodations, with many nearby hotels just minutes away for additional guests and family.

Lost Mountain Lodge is home to over nine acres of lush gardens, upscale main lodge dwelling and several guest cottages. With natural water fed ponds, stunning gardens and elegantly decorated hospitality venue; your next event will be the smash of the town. We are able to cordon off an area for presentations in our dining area after 11am each morning which seats 20.
